Dr. Kulisz is in private practice as a consultant to clients wishing to evaluate and improve their health.

His practice is limited to natural health restoration and maintenance.

By appointment only.  Out-of-town clients, please call at least two weeks in advance.*  Telephone/skype consultations available for clients/patients not able or willing to travel.  International consultations by telephone, Skype, or Viber.  Must be prepaid.

International clients from the countries for which the entry visa to the US is required have the appropriate US consular office call +1-210-858-9143 for appointment confirmation if needed.  Visa B-2 for medical treatment may be required.  A letter with the appointment date will be provided upon request.
