Our formulations are classified as nutritional supplements and consist ONLY of whole food extracts. They do not contain illegal drugs, mind-altering drugs, stimulants, prescription drugs. They are manufactured in the United States under FDA supervision and meet or exceed Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) specific to this kind of products.

All formulations are shipped in clear vacuum bags with labels clearly stating name of every formulation, suggested daily intake, catalog number (if applies), number of units (tablets, capsules, ml, oz,…) and name of the recipient, account number (if applies) and expiration date (if applies) in an alphanumeric and a bar-code format. At the end, the content and the integrity of packaging is attested by QC seal showing the word “Approved” and the inspector’s ID number. At the bottom of the label there is a name of a doctor, contact telephone number, email address and the website. The last line on the label has a statement “Whole food extracts nutritional supplements made in USA per FDA/GMP requirements.”
On the picture above, there is an example of a vacuum-packaged formulation “Cholex II”, catalog number K2475, and the number of tablets preceded by # sign (in this case #90). At the top there is a name of the patient. account number and the expiration date in alphanumeric and bar code form. At the bottom of the label there is a name of a doctor, contact telephone number, email address and the website. The last line reads “Whole food extracts nutritional supplements made in USA per FDA/GMP requirements.”
Recipients are encouraged to forward link to this web page to the customs authorities when in doubt, print this page and note at the bottom the date, the name of the customs inspector rendering the opinion, and the telephone number and keep it for their record.
It is our experience that customs inspectors frequently differ in their opinions and having a written record comes handy while disputing the shipment.
