Dr. Andre Kulisz developed a one-of-a-kind incontinence treatment program for women with luxuries to fit a queen. The program lasts two weeks and is designed to help resolve stress urinary incontinence type I and II and urge incontinence secondary to detrusor instability. The program is based on Dr. Kulisz's book "Drips, Leaks, and Low Spirits - A Woman's Guide to Bladder Control, Infections and Depression". The program addresses and treats all four major elements of incontinence:

depression

obesity/excessive slenderness

urinary infections, and
-
bladder control itself
Every treatment session is limited to 15 participants*. Reservations must be made at least one month in advance. Sessions start Sunday afternoon when all participants arrive and end either Saturday evening or Sunday before noon two weeks later.
Every day all participants will be undergoing intensive incontinence therapy, and other treatment/relaxation therapies to help them become continent again**. Every participant will be given a clinical-grade biofeedback/exercise device ($700 value), one-month dose of whole-food based supplements from Standard Process, and a copy of Dr. Kulisz's book.
Daily continence therapy may consist of electrostimulation, biofeedback, pelvic floor resistance strength exercises, or any other exercises deemed appropriate for a specific participant. Additionally everybody will participate in the carefully monitored light-to-moderate aerobic exercises and light-to-moderate weight training, depression and/or weight control counseling (if needed). .
All treatment activities will be scheduled between 8 am and 12 noon and will be carried on every day including weekends. After 12 noon, it is a private time for participants. All participants are expected to be well rested every morning to take full advantage of the treatment.

Every session will be staffed by a treatment director -- expert in incontinence treatment, two nurses/physical therapists and a urologist/gynecologist if needed. There will also be a counselor with expertise in treatment of depression and weight control.
The price of this treatment is US$12.000. For early reservations there is a discount of US$1,200. This treatment may be tax deductible if prescribed by physician (consult your tax advisor). Additional payment for spouse -- US$1,800 (airfare and meals).

*Contraindications - this program is contraindicated to patients with the following conditions: pregnancy past the second trimester, bladder diverticulum, urethral fistulae, urethral atrophy, bladder cancer, symptomatic urinary tract infection, intrinsic sphincter deficiency, stress incontinence type III, severe urethral deficiency, anatomical abnormalities that preclude proper functioning of the pelvic floor and sphincter, neurological disorders affecting bladder function, tissue erosion, interstitial cystitis or severely compromised urinary tract mucosal tissue, uncorrectable significant genital prolapse, prosthetic heart valve or other cardiac condition that increases the risk of subacute bacterial endocarditis (due to the risk of infection) and atonic bladder.
Urogenital concurrent MRI or radiation therapy may cause the program to be less effective.
