Nonsense Notice to Suppliers and Sample Providers Dr. Andre A. Kulisz, LLC, does not accept any unsolicited samples. Any such samples will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense. If unable to return (one effort) they will be retained or disposed off at the option of Kulisz, LLC, without ANY compensation to the sender. For authorized samples, when seeking Dr. Kulisz opinion, or advise, any fee for the sample review must be paid in advance according to the payment schedule. Any samples requested by Dr. Kulisz for evaluation are guaranteed by a credit card to the actual wholesale value of the sample. The said credit card may be billed only upon the purchase of the sample or in case of default on the sample return with in the pre-agreed time plus 5 days for shipping. Please allow up to 60 days for sample evaluation. Products presently solicited: Microscopes similar to displayed on this site, ECGs, heavy metal detection kits from body fluids, incontinence exercise devices.
