Dr. Kulisz is in private practice as a consultant to clients wishing to evaluate and improve their health.
His practice is limited to natural health restoration and maintenance, and includes:

- Advanced nutritional supplementation (whole-food extracts, enzymatic programs, individual formulations of vitamins, minerals, aminoacids and enzymes)

By appointment only. Out-of-town clients please call at least two weeks in advance. Telephone consultations to clients/patients not able or willing to travel. Must be prepaid or have a credit card available.
International clients from the countries for which the entry visa to the US is required, have the appropriate US consular office call +1-918-398-0252 for appointment confirmation if needed. Letter with the appointment date will be provided upon request.
