Doctor Kulisz is a resident of San Antonio. He is a scientist-entrepreneur and a noted developer of medical devices. He was an Executive Vice President and Chief Researcher of HK Medical Technologies, Inc., until the end of 1998 for which he had developed an original concept of the nonsurgical, intraurethral bladder control device for incontinent and retentive women. Presently, for HK Medical, Dr. Kulisz is managing clinical trials of this device in the United States and Sweden.
