All NEW in-office and online consultations are by appointment only and are scheduled Monday and Wednesday, 9:00 am—4:00 pm US Central Time (Chicago/Dallas), 15:00 – 22:00 GMT, and 16:00 – 23:00 Paris/Berlin/Warsaw. The office is closed on Saturday, Sunday, and US holidays.

Special consultation times available for Australia/New Zealand. Send a request to info@kulisz.com. All consultations are scheduled in the patient’s time zone.

Cancellations, no-shows, and refunds: Please cancel your appointment at least two days in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellation one day before scheduled appointment: 50% refund. No-show, no refund of appointment fees.
